Diary Entry: Testing, Tweaking… and a Tiny Vibration Friend?

  • Okay, confession time: I’ve been leaning on Mag 07 for far too long to keep things moving 💨 (if you know, you know). But it's really not meant for everyday use—so I'm testing out acacia fibre as a gentler, more sustainable replacement. Early signs? Promising! Less drama, more regularity.

  • And then there’s this new little gadget I’ve strapped to my wrist: Apollo Neuro. It gently vibrates to calm your nervous system—basically a wearable hug telling your body, “Shh, it’s okay, you’re safe.” 💓

I think it’s helping—I’ve slept better this week and love how it feels during the day. But let me be honest: the app is confusing, the modes never seem to match what I scheduled, and—wait for it—they want a subscription for the upgraded features. After nearly £300?! No thank you. It either works out of the box or it's catching a one-way trip back.

    Still testing... stay tuned!”

Dancing, Gin, and a Histamine Hangover: My Weekend Detox Drama

  • Had a dance marathon with hubby Saturday night... and now my histamine is throwing a tantrum. 2 day headache? Oh yes. Thanks, sneaky tomato, chocolate, sourdough, gin and late-night chaos.🤢

  • On the bright side, acacia fibre is my new BFF — two big scoops a day and my gut is happier than I am on the dancefloor!

  • Apollo Neuro is still a total mystery. I seriously need to contact them because I have no idea how it actually works!
Today, some random 'Recover' mode started buzzing — not even one I scheduled. Maybe it just knew I needed rescuing?😂

Histamine Hangover, Magic Nettle Tea & the Apollo That Won’t Quit Buzzing

  • My histamine hangover hit hard—headache for two whole days but even worse at night. I downed buckets of organic nettle tea on day 2, like a woman on a mission , and boom—on day 3, I felt like a brand new human. Magic leaf powers, activate!

  • Upped my Acacia fibre to 3 heaped tablespoons—easing in slowly to avoid any windy surprises. It's gentle and keeps things moving... but let’s be real, it’s no Mag 07. Still keeping that one in the emergency holiday kit!

  • The Apollo Neuro drama continues. Still not pairing properly. It’s vibing on its own schedule—mood ring style. Might rope someone in today to help figure it out. Customer service is sweet, but I’m suspicious this gadget’s got a mind of its own. If it is faulty, maybe I can blag a free subscription? Worth a try 😉

Low Sugar, gluten-free, no Seed Oils & Actually Delicious? Meet My Favorite Clean Snack Bars!

  • Big win: found gluten-free, seed oil-free, low sugar snack bars that actually taste good (yes, really!). I’ll use them for when I’m away from home. Doves Freee organic gluten free oat bars:

     Banana & Chocolate

     Chocolate Chip

     Apricot with Chia

     Apple with Sultanas

😲 They have a cranberry one but it has sunflower oil !!!

No ad. Just a happy, snacky Izzy

DAOfood vs NATURDAO: My Real-Life Histamine Experiment Begins!

  • Trying out a new brand of DAO enzyme (that’s diamine oxidase — the enzyme that helps break down histamine before it causes chaos).

The one I’ve been using is called NATURDAO Plus, and it’s plant-based. It works pretty well — but I’ve heard that animal-based versions can work even better for some people, so... I’m switching it up!

The new one I’m testing is called DAOfood Plus. Same purpose, slightly different source. No harm in experimenting, right? Especially if it means fewer histamine headaches and mystery symptoms.

I’ll report back once I see how my body responds — fingers crossed for even better nights, clear sinuses, and being able to have some normal food like tomatoes without the body freaking out!

  • Spent 1 hour with help,  trying to pair up the Apollo Neuro. It didn’t. It has to be faulty. I have asked for them to swap it for another one. It’s doing my head in.

7th May 2025

Biohacking Buzz & Fiber Flops: My Latest Experiments

  • So... the Apollo Neuro saga continues. I thought it was faulty (and maybe I just wanted it to be?), but apparently, it’s not broken—it’s just built that way. 😅 According to the support team, when you pair it with your phone, it’s totally normal for nothing to show up on the device itself. Hmmm. Still not 100% sold that mine is working as it should, though.

That said, rumor has it they’re gearing up to launch a fancy new upgraded version soon (with a not-so-fancy price tag), so fingers crossed they iron out the kinks!

  • And on the gut-healing front: remember how excited I was about acacia fiber? Yeah… I may have hyped it up a bit too much. 🙈 It’s fine, but not the miracle gut-smoothing magic dust I was hoping for. Let’s just say... the search continues! Maybe I’m just holding out for a miracle here—but I want perfection, okay?

Things are flowing fine, but twice a day? That’s the dream. 😏 I know three people (three!!) who are that regular and yes, I’m wildly jealous. Like, "teach me your ways, O Digestive Gods" kinda jealous.

  • As for the DAOfood Plus (you know, the DAO enzyme that’s supposed to munch down histamine from food like a pro?)... hmm. Honestly? Not noticing a massive difference from my last one—NATURDAO Plus. In fact, I’m starting to suspect the old one might’ve worked a bit better. 🤷‍♀️ Hard to tell for sure, so I’m giving it a little longer before making the final judgment call.

I should feel something if it’s breaking down histamine on the spot, right? Will report back soon—hopefully from the throne room of digestive victory.

Testing herbs, supplements and gadgets to optimize health.

15th May 2025

  • Here’s my conclusion on the Apollo Nero: I might not completely understand how to link it to its schedule and the battery life is a bit short, but honestly, I can't imagine living without it!

  • Recovery mode is the default setting, and that's super handy for us busy bees. Plus, when I connect it to my phone (if I’m bothered to), I can switch it up with other modes like sleep, relax, focus, and more. It’s very relaxing and satisfying to feel the vibration. I miss it when it’s charging. 🌟 So, I’m keeping it!

20th May2025

  • Choosing between DAOfood Plus and NATURDAO Plus is difficult but NATURDAO Plus has an edge. You only need to take it 5 minutes before meals, making it perfect for holiday and unexpected dining. In contrast, DAOfood Plus requires 20 minutes of prep, which can be tricky.

Is Any Amount of Alcohol Safe? Science Says... Nope.😭

  • Nooooooooooo! Today I am the bearer of bad news.

Research is showing that there is no safe amount of alcohol for your health. It was all lies!

Don’t shoot me. I’m just the messenger.

So, here goes (I’ll keep it short and simple to get it over and done with quickly):

Q: Is Moderate Drinking Safe for Your Brain?

A: Short answer: Nope.

Q: Is moderate drinking really harmful?

A: Yes. Even “moderate” drinking (that’s 7 or fewer drinks per week) increases your risk of brain damage by 60%.
It raises your chances of developing vascular brain lesions—tiny blockages that cut off blood and oxygen to your brain. The result?

Cognitive decline, foggy thinking, and memory slip-ups over time.

Q: Does quitting alcohol undo the damage?

A: Sadly, no. Former heavy drinkers had:

  • More brain lesions

  • Smaller brain mass

  • Worse memory + cognitive scores
The damage sticks around, even years after you quit. Alcohol’s impact is cumulative and long-lasting.

Q: What does alcohol actually do to your brain?

A: It causes:

  • Hyaline arteriolosclerosis (yep, that’s a mouthful) — basically, your brain’s tiny blood vessels harden and narrow

  • Tau tangles — protein clumps linked to Alzheimer’s
Result? Your brain shrinks, your memory fades, and everyday thinking gets harder.

Q: Is there any safe amount of alcohol for brain health?

A: Nope. A massive study of 313,958 people found no safe level of alcohol when it comes to dementia risk.
Risk goes up with every drink, no matter how light the pour.

Bottom Line:

Even that “just one glass” habit could be shrinking your brain.
Want to stay sharp as you age? Go dry — your future self will thank you.

  • Dr. Mercola advises taking N-acetylcysteine (NAC) before and after occasional alcohol use — If you are going to drink for an upcoming wedding, holiday, or reunion with friends, NAC is your backup plan. It supports your liver's ability to neutralize acetaldehyde, the toxic byproduct of alcohol metabolism that damages DNA.

Take a 200-milligram dose 30 minutes before drinking alongside vitamins B1 and B6, as these nutrients also help reduce the toxic side effects of alcohol.

Drinking clean alcohol by the beach

2nd June 2025

Back from Portugal — and My Histamine Tolerance Took a Holiday Too!

Just got back from a dreamy week in Portugal (yes, fresh photos coming!). Sunshine, sea air, and… my very first real brush with histamine overload. 😬

I skipped the wine , because even a few sips send my histamine levels spiraling these days. Instead, I sipped my clean cocktails: gin or vodka with sparkling water, plus my trusty travel sidekicks — blackcurrant & ginger powder + a little stevia. Yes, I’m that girl who brings her own drink mix. #HistamineHacks 😎

Everything was fabulous for a few days — until one glorious dinner of traditional Portuguese deliciousness:

-Shellfish rice (hello, tomato sauce)
-Aged sheep cheese (high-histamine but so worth it)
-Snails, cooked the authentic Portuguese way (yes, I’m weird)
-Clean vodka with fizzy water and stevia-still alcohol.

...and probably a dozen other sneaky histamine bombs.

Let’s just say... my body filed a formal complaint. 🥴

Histamine sensitivity is no joke — even on holiday! So now I know: a little is manageable, but a full-on feast? Nope. Lesson learned (again).

Now a few extra pounds and a glass full of histamine later it’s time for my routine again which I also enjoy strangely enough! Maybe because I have found alternative nice foods that do the job of keeping me fit and happy without nasty side effects.

Back to my buckwheat noodles with pesto sauce and garlic, parsley and spring onions. This is my late lunch at about 2 p.m.  Maybe an egg or two with it. And maybeeee a little bit( a square or 2 or…. 3 or…….4 of that Hu chocolate Hazelnut butter dark chocolate. Mmmm. This is usually my biggest meal.

For dinner, at 5/6 p.m. I have just meat or fish with cooked veg or salad. If I’m still hungry I have some berries or macadamia nuts (which are actually seeds not nuts!)

My favorite reset button when I’ve indulged just a tiny bit too much is the intermittent fasting. It’s simple, sustainable, and totally histamine-friendly.

Confession Time: There Is One Chemical I Take...

Okay, okay — I lied, friends! 😅 and you’ll never guess what it is…

It’s a tablet for flying. Yep. That’s my “guilty” chemical pleasure. #TrueStory

And thank goodness I took it — because on the flight home, just as we were about to land (already over the runway!), the engines suddenly roared to life and the plane started climbing again!

A few dramatic minutes later, the pilot casually informs us:

“Uhh… there was another plane on the runway. So we had to go around.”
Ummm, WHAT?! 😳

Nearly 60 with long hair. Is it age appropriate some ask?

Change of subject:

At 60, I Finally Grew the Hair They Said I Shouldn’t Have😉

  • All my life my mum said long hair didn’t suit me and I never had it past shoulder length. And now, at nearly 60, when it’s not supposed to suit women that age, is when I am wearing it long. So there!

5th June 2025

I’m trying something new for the histamine overload/sensitivity:

  • SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine). It supports methylation, a process your body uses to break down excess histamine. If your methylation pathways are sluggish—hello, midlife stress and genetics—histamine can build up and trigger everything from headaches and hives to hormone havoc.

By boosting SAMe levels, you're helping your body detox histamine more efficiently, potentially easing symptoms like bloating, anxiety, and itchy skin. Apparently it has actually helped people according to a group chat I looked at.

But here’s the playful twist: SAMe isn't for everyone. If you're undermethylated, it might help. If you're overmethylated, it could backfire. Always best to start low and go slow which is what I will do starting today. 🤞

10th June

Trying SAMe for Histamine Overload: Can It Help My Midlife Symptoms?

  • Been taking the SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) for a few days and upping the dosage every day. What it says on the bottle is less than the treating dosage. If I took what it says nothing different would happen.  200mg is to treat but it is recommended to go slow and build up to it as it can cause anxiety, irritability, insomnia. Nothing to report yet.

Candida Overgrowth Returns: Signs, Symptoms & My Midlife Detox Plan

Sooooooo annoyed….

I’ve discovered (cue the dramatic music)… Candida albicans is back in my body. Yep, that sneaky little yeast that overgrows when the conditions are right—and then makes your life itchy, cranky, foggy, and a little funky (in every way).

The Signs Were There… And Not So Subtle 😳

Let me tell you how I knew:

  • There was a funky smell in my wee (yes, sorry, TMI but also: bodies are real and weird sometimes).

  • I had some irritation in the genital area (sorry again, but honesty heals!).

  • And then I did the infamous Candida spit test. (Final “sorry” here, I promise!) If you don’t know it: you spit into a glass of water first thing in the morning before eating, drinking, or brushing. If the spit sinks, grows legs, or hangs around like cobwebs—bingo. You’ve got yeast overgrowth.

  • I also noticed a white-coated tongue, which is basically Candida's way of waving a flag and saying, “We’re still here!”

So yeah. Not exactly glamorous. But very educational.

What Even IS Candida albicans ?

Candida albicans is a naturally occurring yeast in the body, mostly chilling in the gut, mouth, skin, and down there. But when it overgrows—due to antibiotics, sugar, stress, or hormone changes (hello perimenopause and beyond)—it can take over and cause all kinds of symptoms.

My Detox Weekend: When Things Got Weird

The weekend before last, I did a short but mighty detox. And oh boy—things started shifting fast. I believe I disrupted some Candida biofilms (those slimy little fortresses Candida builds to protect itself). When that happens, the yeast dies off, and BAM—you enter the wild ride of what’s known as Candida Die-Off.

Candida Die-Off Symptoms: Blame the Toxins, Not Yourself

When yeast dies, it doesn’t go quietly. It releases over 70 known toxins into your system, including some real villains:

  • Acetaldehyde – causes fatigue, foggy brain, irritability (and is also found in alcohol—no wonder you feel hungover).

  • Ammonia – contributes to brain fog and body aches.

  • Uric acid – can inflame your joints and make you feel stiff and sore.

  • Ethanol – yep, Candida actually produces its own alcohol, which explains dizziness and fatigue.

These nasty little substances flood your system and create what’s known as a Herxheimer reaction (aka detox overload). Common die-off symptoms include:

  • Headaches

  • Foggy brain

  • Exhaustion

  • Irritability

  • Sugar cravings (Candida is basically screaming, “Feed me!”)

Why Sugar Cravings Happen During Die-Off

Candida feeds on all kinds of sugar—from white sugar and carbs to honey, fruit, and even alcohol. When it starts dying, it panics and begs for sugar like a toddler at a candy store. Don’t give in! Feeding it just fuels the fire.

Moral of the Story?

Listen to your body—even the awkward, unglamorous signs. If you’re dealing with foggy brain, sugar cravings, and other weirdness after a detox or sugar cleanse, it might not just be you—it might be Candida. And with the right approach, you can kick it to the curb.

What I’m Doing Now for the Candida:

SAMe drops when I wake up-for the histamine. To boost methylation. Not directly related to the candida issue.

Black coffee- 30 minutes later. Important to keep things flowing ;)

Biofilm breaker - 30 minutes later - serrapeptase (I choose this one). Garlic is good for E.Coli biofilms but doesn’t work so well with Candida biofilms.

Antifungal-30 minutes later. e.g. Caprylic acid, undecylenic acidberberine, oregano oil. I chose oregano oil as I already have it. Also good to rotate them. With breakfast.

Binder- SUPER IMPORTANT to avoid or minimise the die-off symptoms: Zeolite or bentonite clay (food grade) or activated charcoal. 2 hours after a meal or 30 minutes before.

Hydration- Also super important- to flush the toxins candida expels when dying and to make sure you don’t get constipated by the binders. I am drinking loads of nettle tea which is also good for flushing the histamine.

Liver detoxifier-e.g. pau d’arco, milk thistle, dandelion root, artichoke leaf, turmeric. There are lots. I’m using NAC. My liver is now working very hard. NAC 2 hours after meal or 30 minutes before.

Cutting sugar & refined carbs: Brutal but necessary (only temporary).

Probiotics: Rebuilding the good guys in my gut. I’m taking saccharomyces boulardii. It’s perfect alongside anti-fungals and low in histamine.

A short explanation required here:

Candida overgrowth and histamine overload are linked because Candida disrupts gut health, which is key to histamine regulation. Here's how:

  1. Candida damages the gut lining, reducing DAO enzyme production—the enzyme that breaks down histamine.

  2. It alters the gut microbiome, increasing histamine-producing bacteria and decreasing histamine-degrading ones.

  3. Candida toxins (like acetaldehyde and ammonia) burden the liver, slowing histamine clearance.

  4. It contributes to leaky gut, which triggers immune responses and histamine release.

  5. Candida can activate mast cells, which dump even more histamine into the system.

So, if you’ve got itchy skin, bloating, anxiety, or food reactions and Candida—histamine may be part of the problem.

Candida Cleanse Update: Day 2 and Already Feeling Better (Festival Incoming!)

After just two days on my anti-Candida + anti-histamine protocol, guess what? I actually feel so much better already

The brain fog has lifted, the weird itchiness is gone, and my energy (while a bit tired) is on the up. I’m honestly shocked—in a good way!

I’ve been sticking to my plan:
✔️ SAMe in the morning
✔️ Coffee (makes me flow ;)
✔️ Biofilm breakers
✔️ Oregano oil as my antifungal
✔️ A trusty binder to sweep out the toxins
✔️ Loads of nettle tea to flush, flush, flush

And yes, I’ve seriously cut down on sugar, including most fruits (RIP peaches 😢). But I’m still having raspberries and blueberries—low-sugar queens that won’t feed the beast (aka Candida albicans).

My plan?

Keep going until my pee smells normal again (sorry, but it’s a real sign!)

And until my tongue is no longer coated white and I pass the spit test.

Because let’s be honest—why half-ass a cleanse when I could feel fantastic on the other side?

I will pause the protocol for one glorious Festival day—because life is for living and dancing and maybe having one cheeky gin. Or two ;)

But who knows… if I do this properly, I might not just clear out Candida—I might also solve my histamine sensitivity along the way. Wouldn’t that be a fabulous plot twist?

Stay tuned. This could be the beginning of the end for Candida—and the start of a whole new me

Festival Fun in the Middle of a Candida Detox? Worth It! (Mostly...)

Loved the Festival. Sooooo good.  Not ideal in the middle of a candida detox but life’s not perfect. It really took it out of me though. Will need some recovering. Two days later and I am feeling nearly normal again so now I’m carrying on with my detox.

Is it me or is it really clammy? Phew!

Candida Detox Burnout Is Real: Why I'm Scaling Back to Stay Sane (and Alive!)

Finding this Candida detox business quite hard when using normal dosages as the die-off symptoms are brutal. The extreme fatigue it brings and brain fog makes it tough to keep working with half a brain even! Scaling it back now (reducing dosages) so I’m still doing it but managing to still feel alive.

You just have to work it out for yourself how you feel and adjust accordingly.

My Candida protocol at the moment easing into my 1 week holiday has changed to this (this is a light version for no detox symptoms):

  • SAMe on an empty stomach (for methylation).

  • (No biofilm busters at the moment).

  • Anti fungal Caprylic acid with breakfast.

  • Probiotic saccharomyces boulardii. Some experts say 30-60 minutes before food. (Others say ok with food) But definitely 2 hours away from an anti-fungal.

  • Vitamin C with breakfast.

  • 2 hours later zeolite (binder) on empty stomach.

  • Lots of nettle tea throughout the day.

  • NAC on an empty stomach at any point of the day.

Magnesium citrate or Mag 07 in the evening- to get things flowing.

Going on holiday for a week soon and I will still do the detox but with even lower dosage so I can still enjoy my hoilday in the Azores. Hoping to get some nice photos there ;)

I’m back and what a lovely holiday I had. Quite a few extra pounds but holidays are not for rules. I am actually looking forward to getting back to my routine as I do feel better for it.

Have you heard about grains of paradise?

Grains of paradise are aromatic seeds from the ginger family, used as a spice with a peppery, slightly citrusy flavor. They're known for boosting metabolism, aiding digestion, and supporting weight loss.

I’m going to trying that when they arrive. Until then, having ginger every day.

Volcanic Water & Peeling Palms: A Post-Holiday Skin Surprise

Peeling Palms? Blame It on the Volcano

So this is a first: my palms are peeling like crazy! No itchiness, no redness—just skin flaking off in sheets. Super weird.

I’m pretty sure it’s from those volcanic hot springs I soaked in over the holidays. Apparently it can happen! The water was amazing—mineral-rich, steamy, and totally dreamy—but maybe a bit too intense for my skin barrier.

It’s never happened before, but honestly? Totally worth it. Here’s hoping my hands bounce back soon… and next time, maybe I’ll moisturize before taking a dip in nature’s spa. 😉

Day 9 of My Candida + Histamine Detox: Slow & Steady Wins the Gut Game

It’s Day 9 of my Candida and histamine detox, and yep—I’m still taking it slow. Why? Because going too fast messes with my sleep .

Sleep’s a bit off, but during the day I’m feeling okay-ish. I’ve got that dull pressurey headache behind the eyes and some heaviness—but hey, that could also be thanks to this super humid, low-pressure weather.

This is where the phrase “plough on” comes in strong. Healing isn’t linear—especially when you're navigating gut health, histamine flares, and Candida die-off. But small wins add up.

10th July

When “Die-Off” Hits Hard 😵‍💫

Slowing things down over here on my Candida cleanse. I had to really dial back the detox—my brain feels foggy, sleep is a mess, and I’ve got that dull “ugh” headache. Classic die-off symptoms, right?

So I’m hitting pause on the undecylenic acid (my antifungal weapon of choice) for now. I’ll ease back in every other day once I’m feeling more human again.

Still going strong with:

  • Zeolite (my trusty binder for mopping up toxins)

  • Saccharomyces boulardii – a powerhouse probiotic yeast that helps crowd out Candida, breaks its defenses, supports immunity, and protects the gut.

Oh—and the flushing is REAL. Sweating it all out, literally. 💦

Detox isn't always pretty, but it's progress. Sometimes, you’ve gotta slow down to glow up.

Low Histamine Lunch Hack: Coconut Wraps You Can Fill with Anything You Love

Coconut Wrap Comeback!

I totally forgot how amazing coconut wraps are—until now. I love the 2-ingredient organic ones (just coconut meat + water or coconut flour). They vanished from my usual online shop, and out of sight = out of mind... until I found them again and boom! Instant lunch magic.

These wraps are perfect for low histamine, gluten-free, seed oil-free eating, and you can load them up with all the good stuff:

  • Biona organic green pesto made with olive oil

  • Avocado or olive oil mayo from Hunter & Gather (so good!)

  • Soft organic cheeses like sheep, goat, ricotta, or any fresh low-histamine cheese

  • Your favorite veg mix—spring onions are a non-negotiable for me

  • Add in clean protein like meat, fish, or eggs—totally up to you

It’s satisfying, clean, and delicious—and my histamine-sensitive body loves it. Definitely putting these wraps back in regular rotation! They are filling and delish!

A Little Bird (and TCM) Told Me to Try Schisandra… and WOW

I thought I had cracked the code on my sleep routine — and honestly, it has improved so much lately. But there was still this one stubborn piece of the puzzle: those occasional night sweats that wake me up at 3 a.m., just long enough to be annoying.

They’re not full-blown hot flashes, and thankfully I can usually fall back asleep pretty quickly. But still… disrupted sleep is disrupted sleep, and at 58 with histamine sensitivity and Candida, I know my body doesn’t just do random for no reason.

So—enter stage left: Schisandra berry powder.

A little bird (okay, a very nerdy wellness book) suggested I give this ancient adaptogenic liver-supporting herb a try. And guess what? Last night, I added a small amount of Schisandra powder to my usual sleepy-time herb blend... and for the first time in ages, I don’t think I had any night sweats at all.

And no — it wasn’t because the room was cooler. Same temperature, same routine. The only change? Schisandra.

So now I’m officially curious.

Could this be the missing link for hormone-driven sleep disturbances in midlife women? Is this little berry the secret weapon for balancing stress, supporting detox, and calming histamine flare-ups that disrupt our precious beauty sleep?

I’ll be experimenting more and reporting back, but so far?
Schisandra for night sweats and deeper sleep = a very promising yes.

Stay tuned… and sleep sweet. 💤
(And if you’ve tried it too — I want to hear your story!)

(FYI) Shisandra Benefits:

Astringes and Calms Excessive Sweating

  • In TCM, Schisandra “astringes leakage”—like spontaneous sweating, night sweats, or loss of fluids from Yin deficiency.

  • Helps hold fluids in and stabilize the system.

Supports Adrenals and Nervous System

  • Occasional night sweats can be triggered by stress hormones (cortisol/adrenaline), not just hot flashes or hormonal heat.

  • Schisandra calms the HPA axis (stress response) and helps modulate cortisol rhythms, which may reduce those random sweat surges.

Protects and Supports the Liver

  • Regarding candida and histamine issues — Schisandra supports phase I & II liver detox, including histamine clearance.

  • This could mean less histamine overload at night, reducing histamine-triggered wakefulness, overheating, or flushing.

Together on this journey,

😊
